How to Order

Frenzidea offers a simple and convenient ordering process for customers when shopping for premium shirts. Below is the detailed process for placing an order with Frenzidea:

1. Access the CarSilk Website

  • Website: Visit the official Frenzidea website to explore a variety of shirts such as polo shirt, zipper polo shirt, long sleeve polo, t-shirt…

2. Select a Product

  • Browse through the product categories and choose your favorite items 
  • Each product will have many colors. Please choose the favorite color with the size you want
  • Fill the name and team name you want in ENTER NAME HERE (Front) and ENTER TEAM NAME HERE (Back). If you don’t want to put the name on front, back or front and back, please put BLANK in ENTER NAME HERE or ENTER TEAM NAME HERE
  • If you want me to design the logo or a new shirt, please send an email to support@frenzidea.com. I’ll design anything you want for free

3. Add Product to Cart

  • Once you've selected the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase additional items, you can continue browsing and add them to the cart until your selection is complete.

4. Enter Shipping Information

  • Personal Information: Provide details such as your name, shipping address, and email to receive order confirmation.
  • Special Requests: If you have any special shipping or product requests, you can include them in the request section.
  • Express shipping: please send an email to support@frenzidea.com and I’ll ask the carrier about the express shipping line for you

5. Select Payment Method

  • Frenzidea offers a variety of flexible payment methods, including credit card payments, online payment gateways such as Paypal, credit cards.
  • Choose the payment method that suits you and fill in your payment information.
  • Buy now, pay later with Sezzle

6. Confirm the Order

  • Review all order details, including the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping information, and payment method.
  • If all information is correct, click Confirm Order to complete the process.

7. Shipping

  • The product will be packaged and shipped to the address you provided within the confirmed timeframe.
  • Throughout the shipping process, you will receive updates regarding the status of your order and estimated delivery time.

8. Receive and Inspect the Product

  • Upon receiving the product, be sure to check it to ensure it matches the order and is not damaged during transit.
  • If there are any issues with the product, contact Frenzidea’s customer service immediately for assistance and resolution.

9. Customer Support
